We are a small but mighty Company

Sean Bena is an FAA certificated senior parachute rigger capable of servicing back type parachutes and making minor repairs. His love for skydiving and aviation started back in March of 2018 when he made his first jump at Skydive Kapowsin in Sheldon, WA. A perpetual curiosity and desire to learn how his gear worked eventually lead to becoming a parachute rigger. Forever intrigued by flying with nylon and strings he began to explore the world of sewing his own jumpsuits and canopy/container repair. He is currently a private pilot and B-liscenced skydiving with ambitions of becoming a commercial pilot and AFF instructor in the near future. He is always learning and growing and trying to preserve the knowledge of parachute rigging for future generations to come.

My story

Becoming a Rigger

Becoming a rigger has been a long, hard, and well earned pursuit.

March 2018
  • First Jump Course

I took my first leap of faith March 25th 2018. I would like to say that I was hooked, but really I was scared sh#@!tless, hence the delay.

October 2023
  • A-License

I finally summoned up the courage to get my skydiving A-license. I got the license but lost my money, hence the next delay.

January 2026
  • FAA Senior Rigging certificate

After rebuilding my income, I was finally able to take my FAA senior rigger written, oral, and practical exam for my back type parachute rating. This list will keep growing I am sure. In a few more years I will seek out my master rigger rating.
